Matthew Stoloff is an attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Special Education Practitioners. In addition to his commitments to all of his clients, Mr. Stoloff serves the community by volunteering for a number of organizations. He has provided legal research and writing at the Central Jersey Legal Services. Between 2008 and 2011, he served as a member of a Committee at the New Jersey Association for the Deaf-Blind. In February 2012, Volunteer Lawyers for Justice nominated Mr. Stoloff as Attorney of the Month.

The son of a veterinarian and a dental hygienist, Matthew Stoloff holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law with certificates in Disability Law and Estate Planning. During law school, Mr. Stoloff was a student attorney in the Disability Rights Clinic, where he represented people with various disabilities, including Deafness, Tourettes Syndrome, and neurophysiologic disorders. He previously clerked for a small litigation firm and has performed contract work for a New Jersey employee rights attorney. He also acquired legal experience volunteering at Central Jersey Legal Services.

Due to his unique experiences, both personal and professional, Mr. Stoloff endeavors to take on cases connected with special education, employment law, non-compete disputes, business law, civil rights, disability law, and animal law. Mr. Stoloff also works on cases involving retirement pensions (ERISA), unemployment benefits, construction defects, medical malpractice, and appellate advocacy.
